Courtney Willoughby★★★★★4 months agoThe team truly loves and care about the residents like they are family! Thats exactly what you want in a community. Brittney truly cares and connects with the families and residents. Also, the housekeeping team is also exceptional!
Linnell Sharpe★★★★★2 years agoWe love visiting my grandparents at Allegro! Even my children had a wonderful time spending Friday afternoon with their great grandparents with live music! The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
Madison Gierke★★★★★2 years agoI have to say the Allegro has been the most positive and uplifting community I have ever seen and had the privilege of visiting. My mom had been declining and without the proper resources at my home, I knew that an assisted living facility would be the next best option. We had chosen one facility near to us and it was an absolutely horrible experience for both my mom and our family visiting her. When researching and touring other facilities, we had found Allegro in Winter Park and from the moment we stepped into the building we know it would be the best place for my mom to go. The atmosphere of Allegro Winter Park is very caring and you can tell that all of the staff truly cares about the role they play in the residents lives. I have seen a more positive outlook on life from my mom just by being there. As a daughter I wanted to be able to take care of my mom myself but knowing that I cannot do that physically and feeling comfortable leaving her here with the most caring people makes my siblings and I much less stressed. I have had many interactions with staff throughout my visits but one that stood out to me the most was Lisa, the dining director. She takes the time out of her very busy day to listen and care for not only all of the residents but the visitors as well. Food is a very important part of everyday life and it makes me feel wonderful knowing that there is someone on that side that cares and listens to feedback no matter what. I could not recommend this assisted living facility enough. They have truly made such a difference in my moms life.
michelle A★★★★★a year agoI want to extend my deepest thanks to Michele Tassin and the entire team at Allegro Winter Park for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and care that truly sets this community apart. It’s clear that every detail is thoughtfully managed to create a welcoming, nurturing environment. What an amazing place to call home for your loved one—Allegro is a beautiful blend of comfort, dignity, and genuine compassion. Highly recommended!
Carly Olson★★★★★a year agoI love the Allegro brand! I have been to a handful of them in Central Florida and surrounding areas. Smiles are big, hearts are kind and the care is compassionate. A definite must see if you are looking to level up and live a “resort” lifestyle. They even have a pool :)!
