From the moment we contacted Brookdale to the moment we decided to bring our aunt there, everything has been absolutely wonderful. Kelley has been an absolute angel through this process. The rest of the staff has been so friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to spending more time with them as our aunt lives there. They are all caring, friendly, and loving. We feel very blessed to have found Brookdale Asheville at overlook. I highly recommend them for assisted living!
The staff at Brookdale Overlook are one of a kind. They go above and beyond to provide loving and dedicated care to their residents. Kelley also makes it personal by partnering with companies to support her building, as well as providing support to others to help them succeed.
We are so grateful for Kelley and all she has done to support our journey. Not only did she help us explore senior living, but she also went the extra mile by helping us find meaningful companionship work that fits our needs and abilities. Her dedication, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on our business.
She truly cares about the people she serves — not just placing them in a community, but making sure they feel purposeful, engaged, and supported.

My father has been at Asheville Overlook for three weeks and so far he has been doing well! He loves the food and he enjoys socializing with the other residents. I visited him over this last weekend and everyone I met was kind and seemed comfortable there.
His room and facilities are clean and updated. The staff communicates well and are available for me to ask questions or check in, even though I live far away! We are looking forward to more good experiences there.
