While I cannot review the actual facility in terms of having a resident reside there, I can discuss my experience with the Sales Manager, Sophie Weidman. She was VERY flexible, a great communicator, amiable and courteous. Also she understood evry quickly what my mom needed vs what would potentially not work for our family. She gets a 5 star rating.
We have been very satisfied with The Stratford homes My Mom has been there over 1-1/2 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful to the patient.
