Hands down...The Parc sets the bar high in the assisted living industry. Starting from the outstanding sanitation grade; in which they display proudly in the front entrance and rightly so. The staff couldn't be more impressive. Everyone is so attentive to all of the needs and concerns of both resident and their family. I particularly like how the staff interact amd exhibit genuine and sincere concern for the well-being of all of the residents. The entire atmosphere provides a delightful feeling of family and exudes love and compassion. My mother seems to have adapted surprisingly well in the 60 days that she has been at The Parc; this has been a tremendous weight lifted off of my shoulders as her adaptation was one of my deepest concerns for her. I love the effort that the staff put into ensuring that my mom keeps up with her personal items such as her eye glasses and her partials, I cannot close out this review without mentioning how well kept and clean the facility is on a day to day basis; free of foul odors etc. Very impressive indeed! top notch care for my lovely mom and for all of the assistance you all provide in managing her care and providing me with the love and support that I need to keep me strong for myself and my mom!

As an external provider who frequently visits this location, I have observed that working with the dementia population presents unique challenges. However, the staff consistently demonstrate compassion and a strong commitment to meeting the individual needs of each resident. Additionally, the administration team excels in communication and remains dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care for all residents.
My Grandmother was a resident from January 2019 until she passed away last week, February 15, 2020. I was so apprehensive of placing her in a memory care facility because of the horror stories you can hear about them. I never once had any concerns about my Grandmothers care or any complaints for any of the staff. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE that I came in contact with here were genuine, kind and friendly. It was such a weight off of me and my family when she moved in and we knew she was being properly cared for 24 hours a day. It takes special people to work with Alzheimers/ Dementia patients and I can honestly say that the staff and management here are all special. I do not know what I would have done the last year if it were not for this facility. Can not say enough good things about them and my family and I are grateful beyond words.
My wife and I really appreciate the care, Parc At Sharon Amity is providing to our Sister-in law. The staff and management have been very professional and kind.
