My mom went to live at Eagle’s Pointe 5 months ago. I have never once worried about her. She has received the best care I could ask for. The staff treat her as a member of their own family. Everyone is kind and compassionate; giving extra help when needed. The rooms for each resident are of a nice size with big windows for outside views. The showers are walk-in with a seat for safety. There are several courtyards with tables, shade umbrellas, and chairs for sitting outside. Everyone is treated with dignity and kindness. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, please go take a tour. You’ll be pleased.
My dad has been a resident at Eagles Pointe since April 2025. The common areas and Dads room are always clean and smells fresh.
What sets Eagles Pointe apart is the staff. They don’t just care for Dad, they treat us like family. Not once have I questioned whether he was being properly cared for. Shanee and Shakita go above and beyond, advocating for him in ways that feel deeply personal, as if he were their own Dad.
Dad has dementia, and instead of trying to force him into our reality, they meet him where he is. They’ve even given him a “job” in the dining room, which gives him purpose and something to look forward to each day. They show him patience, compassion, and love, even on his hardest days.
What truly stands out are the moments when the employees don’t realize anyone is watching. I’ve seen them gently hold residents’ hands, walk with them, do their hair to help them feel good, and share genuine laughter. True acts of kindness that come from the heart.
This is a home filled with an extended family, not a facility. I have complete peace of mind knowing Dad is here and I wouldn’t trust his care to anyone else. I have the utmost respect and gratitude for every single person who works here.
Literally, one of the cleanest buildings I ever have stepped foot in. The ED Cares very deeply about her residents And 100% wants the best for them. She advocates for the community and her workers. I always enjoy stepping foot into this building. The atmosphere is very family like which I appreciate wholeheartedly.
Eagles Pointe Assisted Living provides such a warm, caring, and welcoming environment. It is evident the staff work together as a team to make residents feel loved, comfortable, and respected every single day. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. The facility is clean, beautiful, and truly feels like home. Highly recommend Eagles Pointe to anyone looking for exceptional assisted living care!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. The residents are treated with kindness, respect, and love every single day. The staff creates a true family atmosphere that brings comfort to both residents and their loved ones. I love to hear about all the wonderful events that are held there for the residents as well as their families.
My family's Foundation takes great joy in supporting this community and will continue to do so. We love making the residents feel extra special by fulfilling their Christmas wish lists. The smiles and joy this brings are priceless. It’s a blessing to know there are still places and people who care this deeply.
