Jordan Parker is a huge asset for the facility as well as for Brookdale corporate. I worked with her in placing 5 clients there and they all love it. She is very friendly and caring and the client feels this warmth. Plus the facility shows very well and is very clean. I would recommend you to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones!
Brookdale Monroe Square is a clean facility with a caring and attentive staff. Tiffany Leak is great to work with and truly goes above and beyond. The environment feels welcoming, and it’s clear the residents are well cared for. I would definitely recommend this community.

In my line of work, I’m in many assisted living and memory care communities in the area. Brookdale Monroe Square is one of the best in the area. The staff here are what makes this community so great. Everyone working in this community truly has a heart for their residents and it is evident every single time I come in. I’ve seen first hand how they go above and beyond to ensure their residents are cared for as if they were their own family. Truly, everyone from the administrator to the rehab team is exceptional. I would recommend brookdale monroe square to anyone in the area looking for assisted living or memory care. They will be in good hands.
