When our family began the process of finding the right place for our father, we were overwhelmed with questions and concerns. From the very beginning, Ibby, the sales manager at Navion, made all the difference. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every detail, ensuring we felt confident and informed in our decision.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for older adults. Just as important, the staff consistently demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. It’s clear they truly care about the residents.
Ibby has continued to be a steady source of support even after move-in. She is attentive, compassionate, and always available when we need her. That level of ongoing care means so much to families navigating this stage of life.
Most importantly, our dad is happy. He feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Knowing he is in capable and caring hands has brought our family tremendous peace of mind. The stress of managing his day-to-day care has eased significantly, and that is something we are incredibly grateful for.

I dont know where to start so I'm gonna begin by saying my name is Nikki Cherry. I want everyone to no my reason for choosing Navion Assisted Living. Well I was looking for a place for my SNL and her husband, which they already have their own apartment but my SNL is a diabetic and has dementia, her husband had short term memory. I can't begin to tell you how overwhelming it was to constantly have to worry about someone safety. Like,
If they locked the doors- which they have forgotten.
If they turn the stove off-which they have left on sever times.
If they have taken their medicine,the right ones-which they have taken the wrong pills.
Did she check her sugar-no, sugar has drop so low that EMS has been call out to their place over 5 times.
So one day I took it upon myself and start looking around. I had appointments with 3 facilities to come and do a tour/ visit. Then I got with my in laws and his brother to talk about their safety and everyone was on borad.
I remember calling Navion an speaking to Ibby, I made an appointment and from there everything was great. Ibby called, emailed and text daily. She seem to truly care about my family and needs and I loved that. I also meant Jamie, Wendy, staff and some of the residence before choosing, and now they have been there since April and they love it. They now interact with other residence where before it was just them, they have also taken short trips and they both or very happy.
So I want to say to Ibby, Jamie, Wendy and staff from the Bullock/Cherry family we thank you for your kindness.

There are always obstacles with any facility and with this type of care, communication and patience is the key. We feel we made the right choice by choosing Navion and we all feel that she is safe and content now that she has the constant care and direction that she needs. The staff are helpful so reach out to Ibby for your loved one. She calls this place her home and that speaks volume.
Beautiful facility. Exception staff. Everyone is very attentive and caring towards the residents. They treat each resident like family and are always open and honest with their family members. I feel at peace that we chose Navion to care for our loved one. I can’t praise them enough.
