After researching and checking out the facilities in Statesville I found that Brookdale East Broad was the perfect place for my love one. From the moment that I went to check it out I knew I had found the right place. The staff is so friendly, it has the home feel that I was looking for. The room is spacious, the public areas are warm and inviting, the screen in porch makes you feel like your in a tree house and so peaceful and the food choices are wonderful. There are many activities to choose from if you like, the weekly outings are also a nice way to get out for lunch or shopping, they have holiday events and include the family to come. I live in Delaware but at anytime I want to check in or ask questions I get quick response and just getting an update gives me peace of mind. Knowing that I found a place that is clean, homey, and that the staff is caring and always there to help is the best thing I could have asked for.
From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and can tell by the smiles on Staff and Residents faces that it is a place full of Love, hardworking people who truly enjoy their jobs, and calling East Broad their home.
