I was particularly impressed with Kelly Paxton, Administrator, who took the time to explain what The Commons offers and has a warm and welcoming personality, making us feel comfortable instantly. After meeting other staff members, I was amazed at the attention caregivers, CNAs, and Med-techs were giving each resident--it seemed as though the residents were being loved as part of a family! I'm excited to have my mom become a part of this unique and charming community. They are not just providing care--they are building meaningful relationships!

Though it took my husband quite some time to adjust, the director and staff have been very helpful and caring with him. I enjoy the relationships I've developed with the director and staff and feel comfortable discussing his care and needs with them.
My friend was here to rehab and I believe it is the worst place I have ever been with him and he was in at least four prior to this. Even when he was trying and did greatly improve enough to even go into regular assisted-living, they kept saying he was not well enough and kept the price which is gauge on care that is needed at the highest level and would not even begin to lower it. His room was mostly always dirty and luckily, I did go and take care of things most every week and some weeks even changed his bedding and him so glad he got well enough to leave that facility
My mother-in-law has been a resident for over a year. The staff is really wonderful with all her needs. They are also very communicative with us about her care.
