This facility should be closed. I was sent here for rehabilitation on Friday about a week ago. Some how I was admitted to the memory care unit. I didn't receive my medication for 3 days. There are no call bells in the rooms. You get checked on about every 2-3 hours. On Monday I was sent back to the hospital where I'm still at. The staff lies about everything to cover their mistakes. They avoid your phone calls and don't return messages. Do not even consider looking at this place much less putting a loved one there. The only thing they strive for is your money.
I placed one of my patients in Memory Care and he has the best medical staff watching over him! I am so thankful for every team member for being professional, wonderfully kind, conscientious, and loving! My patient is happy, healthy, and feels loved here at his new home! I highly recommend Grand Villa Assisted Living at Winston!
Can't say enough good things about this place. You just have to visit to see it for yourself. Soon as we walked in we were greeted by this beautiful lady, Patricia. What a Ray of Sunshine. Cassie, wow! I don't know if you're responsible for the upbeat smiling residents & staff, but you are truly a compassionate & caring person & that's something you can't fake! Heck I wanted to work here! This facility is by far the best assisted living, memory care hands down! Have to mention how welcoming and pretty the outside is. A lot of work & care have went into this place! Just Love This Place, but my words don't do it justice, you have to see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
GrandVilla is such a wonderful place to bring your loved ones. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
