How we got this estimateLow confidence · how we estimate
No observed prices in this area yet: based on a published statewide median (Genworth Cost of Care Survey (statewide median, assisted living, private one-bedroom), 2023), adjusted for community size (large community (76+ beds)).
Range is the middle half of those prices. Computed Nov 1, 2026. The community has not published or confirmed a rate; request pricing and we will relay the real quote within a day.
Final pricing varies by care needs and room availability. “Verified” means confirmed with the community on the date shown; “published” means listed by the community; “estimate” is derived from comparable Prescott observations and is not a quote.

Lori Casaus★★★★★a year agoMy father currently resides at Evergreen & has lived there for the past year. Over the course of the year he’s had a few medical issues arise. The staff has been amazing in caring for him & contacting me to let me know what was going on. There are a few staff members that have stood out in their care & concern for him as well. Alyssa (Director), Bernice (Front desk), Laurin (Head of medical) Janet, Melissa, & Tracy (Med Techs) Lori & Gay (Housekeeping). I am very thankful for these people & am able to sleep better at night knowing he’s being cared for by these people.
steve walker★★★★★2 years agoWe placed my 96 year old mother in Evergreen Prescott in February 2024, after she fell and was unable to return to her home. We have been completely satisfied with every aspect of her care there. The facility as a whole, and here apartment specifically, are like new. The food is excellent with lots of variety. Best, and most importantly, the quality of her care is great. Staff members, from the Executive Director to the nurses, and to the servers, are professional, courteous and friendly. They have made a very difficult transition for my mother much better!
