How we got this estimateLow confidence · how we estimate
No observed prices in this area yet: based on a published statewide median (Genworth Cost of Care Survey (statewide median, assisted living, private one-bedroom), 2023), adjusted for community size (small community (7 to 25 beds)).
Range is the middle half of those prices. Computed Nov 1, 2026. The community has not published or confirmed a rate; request pricing and we will relay the real quote within a day.
Final pricing varies by care needs and room availability. “Verified” means confirmed with the community on the date shown; “published” means listed by the community; “estimate” is derived from comparable Tucson observations and is not a quote.

Randy Lewis★★★★★2 years agoWe contacted Miguel to donate a piano and two televisions. He was quite prompt and came the next day to pick them up. All I asked was for a letter of donation that I could use for my taxes. He assured me he would provide that immediately.
Two months and several contacts later with promises of providing the letter, and still nothing.
The only good side to this is that the residents may be enjoying the items.
If you find yourself in the situation of wanting to donate to a worthy cause, this may still be an option for you, just know that you will not be provided with a receipt for your contributions for tax purposes.
Kristian Lyle★★★★★2 years agoMy Grandmother was at Mom and Dad Place for a little under a year and the amount of care she was provided was amazing.. the staff treated her like family and all her friends there as well.
Everytime I would visit I was greeted with smiling faces and my grandma would tell me all of the fun things she did, or maybe even a Cardinal she saw from her window.
I cant thank this place enough for making her stay the best it could be. I'll miss those stories she told me.
