How we got this estimateLow confidence · how we estimate
No observed prices in this area yet: based on a published statewide median (Genworth Cost of Care Survey (statewide median, assisted living, private one-bedroom), 2023), adjusted for community size (large community (76+ beds)).
Range is the middle half of those prices. Computed Nov 1, 2026. The community has not published or confirmed a rate; request pricing and we will relay the real quote within a day.
Final pricing varies by care needs and room availability. “Verified” means confirmed with the community on the date shown; “published” means listed by the community; “estimate” is derived from comparable Thornton observations and is not a quote.

Jaqueline★★★★★a month agoJust wanted to leave a review about Isabel! She’s the evening qmap she does meds for my grandma and everytime I go visit her she’s telling me how nice/respectful she is and how good she is at her job. She always looks forward to seeing Isabel, I’m so so glad my grandma is being well taken care of by her! I have also met her about two times and my family about twice as well. She is very nice and professional. We love her🥰
Pam Wiederrich★★★★★2 months agoOur family is incredibly grateful for the care my mom, Cindy, has received at The Ivy Thornton. The staff has been absolutely wonderful—loving, caring, and attentive to her every need. As Cindy is now on hospice and nearing the end of her life, the compassion and concern the staff has shown her have meant more to our family than words can express.
They have treated my mom with such kindness, dignity, and respect, and have been so supportive of our family during this incredibly difficult time. It brings us great comfort knowing that Cindy is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her. As we cherish these final moments with her, we will always remember the love, tenderness, and dignity the staff at The Ivy Thornton have given Cindy. Thank you for caring for her as though she were your own family and for helping make this difficult journey a little more peaceful. ❤️
