Est. $2,800 to $4,700/mo, an estimate from comparable Merritt Island communities, not a quote from Farrington House Assisted Living Facility. Final pricing depends on care needs and room availability. How we handle prices
Care fees. Assisted living rates are for the room, meals and basic services; help with bathing, dressing or medications is assessed and billed as a care level on top. Farrington House Assisted Living Facility has not confirmed its care fee tiers; ask for the assessment schedule on your tour.
Community fee. Most communities charge a one-time move-in fee, often one month's rent or more; not confirmed here. Ask whether it is refundable and when.
Increases. Rates typically rise once a year; ask for the last three years of increases and whether care-level changes are re-assessed on a schedule.
