How we got this estimateLow confidence · how we estimate
Not enough local prices yet: based on 100 observed prices across FL statewide, adjusted for community size (small community (7 to 25 beds)).
Range is the middle half of those prices. Computed Nov 1, 2026. The community has not published or confirmed a rate; request pricing and we will relay the real quote within a day.
Final pricing varies by care needs and room availability. “Verified” means confirmed with the community on the date shown; “published” means listed by the community; “estimate” is derived from comparable Plant City observations and is not a quote.

Mary Flores★★★★★8 years agoHave you seen this place!?! It is a dump! Ask for a meal calender and what type of healthy meals are served daily! They are far and few between, if any! I can't hardly believe the cost to live there! I want to know what the owner is doing with all that money because it sure isn't being used to make the facility any better! Ask what daily activities are done there for the residents! I haven't heard of any! I truly wish I co owned this place because I would make a LOT of upgrades and changes! Only wish the owner had empathy for his resides to ensure they all had healthy nutricious meals daily and adl's that helped people "get better". Its very very sad. Wish i could do something about it!!
